These Design Guidelines are prepared by the Design Committee.

The principle, which the committee pursues, is to encourage housing designs and landscaping, which is in harmony with the existing structures, general landscape, streetscape, and parkland. The desire is to have Twelve Acre Wood develop as a community, which expresses individual identity within common framework so that the community has a feeling and visual characteristics of unity but lots of interesting variety.

All Owners are covenanted to obtain consent from the Design Committee before earthworks, building construction, fencing or significant landscaping have been undertaken.
